In addition to your deposit there is a $200 non-refundable ammenity fee. Pet deposit is $500 (Of which $250 is a one time non-refundable fee). Two pets allowed per apartment. Large dogs welcome. Breed restrictions, management discretion.

Preferred Employer Discounts available. Preferred employers include Hewlett Packard, Continental, Pinnacle Sercuity, Experian, and Cyfair ISD. Discount is 50% off application fee, security deposit and amenity fee.

When touring our community, please be ready to present a valid drivers license to one of our leasing staff. Please be aware that before leasing at our community, our staff will conduct a credit and criminal background check.
